How do I identify my RivRide vehicle?
When a driver is assigned to your ride, RivRide will provide vehicle information through the app where available.
Before entering the vehicle, compare:
Vehicle make and model.
Vehicle colour.
Registration or licence plate number.
Driver information.
Only enter the vehicle when the information matches your RivRide trip.
