Booking a ride with RivRide is simple and convenient.

1. Open the RivRide app or access RivRide through the available platform.

2. Log in to your rider account.

3. Enter your pickup location.

4. Enter your destination.

5. Select your preferred available vehicle or ride category.

6. Review the trip details and estimated fare where available.

7. Tap Request Ride or the applicable booking option.

8. Wait for an available driver to accept your request.

9. Once a driver is assigned, review the driver's and vehicle's information.

10. Meet your driver at the designated pickup location and begin your trip.

After your ride is completed, you can review the trip details, make the applicable payment, and rate your experience where those features are available.
